With over a decade of experience in Executive Search and Technical Talent Sourcing, I’ve learned what it really takes to build a winning team from the ground up. Along the way, I’ve worked in startup agencies, big-tech in-house roles, and executive search firms — giving me the commercial know-how to deliver real results for Founders.

This isn’t my first rodeo either. I’m now building my second recruitment company from scratch, so I know firsthand how tough it is to find and grow a dream team when you’re starting from zero. That’s exactly why I’ve made it my mission to help other Founders do the same.
